Rebecca has more than 25 years’ experience practising exclusively in family law and has built a reputation for her skill, empathy, and results-driven approach.
Rebecca’s practice involves all aspects of family law including parenting, property, child support and international matters.
Rebeca has acted in matters relating to complex parenting including where there are family violence and other safety concerns, education disputes, interstate and international relocation and matters involving international child abduction. She has acted in complex property matters involving complex corporate structures and third parties, subpoena disputes, child support disputes and advising overseas clients.
A highly skilled negotiator and advocate, Rebecca is equally effective at reaching resolution through settlement or running litigation before the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia.
She is recognised for her responsiveness, clear advice, and unwavering dedication to securing favourable outcomes for her clients.
Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from Monash University and was admitted to practice in 1998. Before co-founding Goldman Clark, she worked for leading boutique and multidisciplinary firms in Melbourne, including as a principal solicitor. Rebecca is also a Fellow of the International Academy of Family Lawyers.

Justine Clark

Her career began as an associate to the Hon. Hugh Fraser KC of the Court of Appeal in Queensland, then as legal associate to the Hon. Peter Young AM KC and the Hon. Paul Cronin of the (then) Family Court of Australia, an experience that sparked her enduring focus on family law.
Today, Justine advises and represents clients across the full spectrum of family law, including property, maintenance, child support, and parenting matters. She has particular expertise in high-value and complex property settlements involving international taxation issues, intricate corporate and trust structures, and significant business interests. Her clients have included CEOs, venture capitalists, and the spouses and family members of leading legal professionals from across Australia.
Known for her practical but highly skilled style, Justine is equally adept at negotiating outcomes as she is running hard litigation before the courts. She is committed to delivering clear, strategic advice that empowers her clients to resolve matters with confidence.
Academically, Justine holds a Bachelor of Laws (First Class Honours, University Medal) and a Bachelor of Arts (Politics) (First Class Honours) from Griffith University. Before co-founding Goldman Clark, she held senior roles in leading Melbourne boutique and multidisciplinary firms, including as a partner.
